4-5 Red Potato
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
4-5 tbsp canola oil
Salt to taste
1. Peel, wash and cut the potato lengthwise.
(similar to the French fries)
2. Heat oil in a pan/wok, add cumin seeds and mustard seeds and let it splutter.
3. Add potato
4. Now add turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, Kashmiri chilli powder. Mix well.
5. Cover and cook on a slow flame until the potatoes are half cooked, stirring in between.
6. Remove the cover and fry potatoes until it gets cooked well and becomes a little crispy.
7. Now turn off the flame.
